Slimbrook was a young ottermaid and niece of Skipper and brother of Slippy. She cried for a whole day when Slippy was stolen. Although she did not initially go with Alderjack, Treescamp and Horlington Bradshaw Vittlescoff III, she followed them until she stopped by at Goodwife Nutbrush's Treehouse. When her friends got captured by Flitchaye, she sprang into action and rescued them from the weasels and took them back to the Treehouse. There they fought the weasels back and resumed their journey. When they met up with Log-a-log Glinko, she proved herself to be a very good boathandler.
